Can I upgrade my plan after purchasing?
Yes. If you need more storage or a longer gallery window, reach out and we'll apply the upgrade to your existing event.
What happens when my gallery expires?
Guests can no longer upload new photos. Your stored photos remain available to download until the storage deadline passes.
Can guests upload from any device?
Absolutely. The guest upload page is fully optimised for mobile and desktop — guests can upload directly from their camera roll or take a new photo on the day.
Is there a limit on the number of guests?
No. All plans include unlimited guests. Whether 10 people attend or 300, everyone can upload.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Do you offer refunds?
If your event hasn't started and you haven't used the service, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
